حقایق هیستروسکوپی
- هیستروسکوپی؛ مشاهده و بررسی داخل رحم از طریق واژن و دهانه رحم و با استفاده از ابزار ویژه است.
- هیستروسکوپی جهت تشخیص بیماری ها و یا به منظور انجام اعمال جراحی جزئی استفاده می شود.
- در بسیاری موارد هیستروسکوپی به صورت سرپایی انجام می شود.
- هیستروسکوپی هیچ گونه عوارضی ندارد.
مزایای هیستروسکوپی نسبت به سایر اعمال جراحی
هیستروسکوپی در مقایسه با سایر اعمال جراحی که تهاجمی هستند، از مزایای بیشماری برخوردار است که عبارتند از:
- مدت اقامت در بیمارستان کوتاه است.
- مدت زمان بهبودی کوتاه است.
- به داروهای مسکن کمتری بعد از عمل نیاز دارد.
- نیازی به انجام هیسترکتومی ندارد.
- بدون جراحی باز، عمل هیستروسکوپی انجام می شود.
چه نوع بیهوشی برای هیستروسکوپی استفاده می شود؟
بی حسی موضعی
تنها بخشی از بدن و برای یک مدت زمان کوتاه بی حس می شود.
بی حسی منطقه ای
در این نوع بی حسی، ناحیه ای از بدن که قرار است جراحی شود بی حس می شود.
بیهوشی عمومی
در بیهوشی عمومی، بیمار به طور کامل در تمامی مدت زمان جراحی بیهوش است. در بیهوشی عمومی، بایستی چندین ساعت قبل از انجام عمل از هر گونه خوردن و آشامیدن خودداری شود.
در کل می توان گفت، نوع بیهوشی بر اساس مکان انجام هیستروسکوپی (بیمارستان و یا مطب پزشک) و همچنین اعمال دیگری که ممکن است همزمان با هیستروسکوپی انجام شوند، برای بیمار در نظر گرفته می شود.

What type of anesthesia is used for hysteroscopy?
Local anesthesia

Regional anesthesia
the numbing of a larger portion of the body for a few hours
General anesthesia
the numbing of the entire body for the entire time of the surgery
The type of anesthesia used is determined by where the hysteroscopy is to be performed (hospital or doctor’s office) and whether other procedures will be done at the same time.
If you are having general anesthesia, you will be told not to eat or drink for a certain amount of time before the hysteroscopy.
